a. This ‘H&W Summer $0 Join and 2 Weeks Free’ promotion (Promotion) is offered by Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd (ABN 75 092 818 445) of 502/990 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128 (YMCA).

b. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

c. The Promotion is available at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Boroondara Sports Complex, Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Warragul Leisure Centre, South Gippsland SPLASH, Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Benalla Aquatic Centre, Horsham Aquatic Centre, Macleod Recreation and Fitness Centre, Coburg Leisure Centre, Brunswick Baths, Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre, Fawkner Leisure Centre, Carlton Baths, North Melbourne Recreation Centre, North Melbourne Community Centre, RecWest Braybrook, Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre and Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (Participating Centres) between the dates of 19 January 2026 to 2 March 2026 (Promotion Period).

d. To be eligible for the Promotion:

1. You must be not be an existing member at the relevant Participating Centre;

2. You must become a member at that Participating Centre within the Promotion Period.

e. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.

2. SIGN UP TERMS

a. If you meet the criteria set out in clause 1(d), we will give you two weeks free and $0 joining fee.

b. All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.

c. The Promotion is only available at Participating Centres.

d. Minimum commitment terms

2. To qualify, you must be 18+ years old and a new member.

3. A photo ID is required for entry.

e. The Promotion is available for Y swimming lessons not for school groups or holiday programs. It is available for infants, pre-school, primary school aged programs and teens etc (exclude schools and school holiday programs). 

f. All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.

3. PRIVACY

a. YMCA handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://victoria.ymca.org.au/privacy-policys.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

a. YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease, extend and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.

b. To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.

c. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).

d. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

e. Members will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
